When you download, install, or launch this App, we may collect necessary operational information, including Internet Protocol (IP) address, device operating system version, in-app access paths, connection status, and usage duration. To recommend suitable routes, the App may process approximate location information. This information is used for: 1. Node recommendation: selecting better connection options based on TAG VPN route distribution; 2. Performance improvement: identifying regional failures or congestion through anonymized aggregate data; 3. Service notices: sending security alerts, important updates, or subscription messages through your registered email or username.

We only transfer aggregated or anonymized data to necessary third-party providers, such as Google Play Services and Firebase, for crash analysis, performance statistics, and feature improvement. We do not share identifiable personal information with third parties unless required by legal process, regulatory obligations, protection of users or others, or cooperation with service providers bound by confidentiality duties. To stop new collection, uninstall this App through the standard device process.

User-provided data is retained during the service period and for a reasonable follow-up retention period. To cancel your account or delete your profile, contact the privacy team at [email protected]. This App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from that group, and if mistaken collection is discovered, we will delete it as soon as reasonably possible.
