This agreement is a legal contract between you and TAG VPN (referred to as the "Service Provider") regarding the downloading, installation, access, and use of the mobile accelerator application (referred to as "this App").

By downloading, installing, or using this App, you confirm that you have read and accepted this agreement. Without authorization, you may not copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, translate, or create derivative versions of this App, nor remove or alter trademark, copyright, or other rights notices. Intellectual property related to this App belongs to the Service Provider or its licensors. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features, plans, or fees and will provide reasonable notice where appropriate. You are responsible for device security and account confidentiality. Jailbreaking or rooting a device may create security risks, compatibility issues, or service failure.

This Service may integrate necessary third-party services, including Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. When using related functions, you may also be subject to those partners' own terms of service and privacy rules.

Service availability depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi, mobile data, and local carrier routing. The Service Provider is not responsible for inability to use the service caused by device arrears, data caps, signal quality, system settings, or third-party network failures. Mobile data or roaming charges outside Wi-Fi are your responsibility.

Users are responsible for their own usage behavior. Battery depletion, device permission settings, third-party platform rule changes, or external network conditions may affect service experience. We work to maintain route information and app compatibility, but we do not guarantee that any third-party content or platform will always remain accessible. The App may release updates from time to time, and you agree to install the latest version when necessary. The Service Provider may adjust, suspend, or terminate services within the scope permitted by law.
